You can submit unlimited design requests once you subscribe. They will be added to your queue and delivered one by one.

On average, most requests are completed in just 3 days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

At Eye Breathe Design, you'll work directly with me, Eddi Gonzales, the founder. For specialized requests like custom illustrations, I collaborate with trusted partner designers.

Most vector-based projects will be executed in Adobe Illustrator. Web-based edits will be Wix or Webflow projects. Additional cost may apply for Wordpress site edits/mangement.

You can submit your design requests through Trello, Google Docs, wireframes, or even a brief Loom video. If it can be linked or shared within Trello, it's accepted. For complex projects, strategy sessions are also available.

No need to worry! We are committed to your satisfaction, and we will continue to make revisions to the design until you are completely satisfied, ensuring it meets your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will work closely with you to address any concerns or changes you may have until the design is exactly what you desire.

Absolutely! You can pause your subscription once your single design request is fulfilled and resume it whenever you have more design needs. This way, you make the most out of your subscription without any waste.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. Rest assured that we will work closely with you to address any concerns or make revisions until you are fully content with the final result.
